Forte provides a holistic recruitment process which not only include sourcing and hiring, but training and ensuring that these workers are ready for relocation. A school was set up in India, where 1-stop training is provided for construction workers.
They are trained and tested to ensure that they understood the role and comply to the safety precautions. Upon completion of training, Forte will see through their work permit applications, medical checkups and ensure their safe arrival in Singapore. Forte also facilitates the registration of courses which are industry specific and help manage worker-employer relationships.
